Sheraton Hotel & Tower Suzhou says Goodbye

Sheraton SuzhouOn 11th of January 2010 Sheraton Hotel & Towers, located on Xin Shi Road will be rebranded as part of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

Guests can now book their stays at Pan Pacific Suzhou – due to open on 11 January 2010. The landmark 484-room property features traditional Suzhou gardens and ancient Chinese aesthetics fused with modern comforts and luxury. Prior to its opening, Pan Pacific Suzhou is undergoing refurbishments to deliver the level of personalised experience synonymous with the Pan Pacific brand.

At Pan Pacific Suzhou, guests can expect an enhanced overall experience in line with the Pan Pacific standard of luxury, starting from the booking process through to their arrival and stay at the hotel.

Jeffrey OngWe from Suzhou Exapt say Goodbye to Sheraton and welcome the new General Manager Jeffrey Ong who is apointed beginning of December 2009. His most recent role was that of General Manager of the InterContinental Hotel in Dalian which he assumed after a very distinguished posting with the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong.
Jeffrey holds an MBA (Hospitality and Tourism Management) and a Diploma in Japanese Language Studies from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies. He is also proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.
