Kempinski Hotel Suzhou names Bruckner as General Manager |

Achim Bruckner has been named General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Suzhou, China. The 5-star luxury hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2008. Before this new assignment, Brueckner provided evident leadership in the Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel. The assignment in Suzhou will be to open Kempinski Hotel’s latest premier hotel located in the Suzhou Industrial Park (ISP). Bruckner says, “I am very impressed with the high quality of the contemporary design and infrastructure of the hotel. We are in the final phases of construction, and the facility will provide an excellent platform from which to deliver superb Kempinski luxury services to our guests.” The hotel will feature “Angsana Spa” operated by Banyan Tree, with extensive sports facilities; together with an impressive selection of meeting and conference rooms.
