A good place i hear is BoDi Fitness Club you can find the contact address here in the business directory.

Link to BoDi Fitness Club

BoDi Fitness Club maybe required a membership but i'am not 100% sure. The indian teacher there sure speak well english.

Another is above Blue Marlin3 i not have the Name right now but i remember it is in the 3. floor. There is no membership required. But also no english speaking trainer.

Regards

I realize this thread is a bit dated, but if any stumble upon it (as I did) through the search engines, I just wanted to mention that my wife has recently started teaching private yoga classes (in English or Chinese). You can check out her site for more information (www.innerlight-yoga.com)

Ralf mentioned a yoga studio above the Blue Marlin - assuming it's the Blue Marlin on Xinghai Jie, it was called Bacado, but they've just closed. My wife was the instructor there for nearly 2 years, and speaks great English. However, none of the front desk staff spoke English, and so it may have appeared that classes were only in Chinese (the bosses didn't advertise bi-lingual classes - which make explain why they're now closed).

Anyway, if anyone has any questions about yoga, or yoga in Suzhou - you're welcome to contact myself or my wife, Maggie.

Cheers.
