Greetings:
If you have local staff in need of training in the field of Total Quality Management (all areas covered including ISO, SIx Sigma, etc) then there is a good opportunity starting this next week.
There is a training in TQM which will be taught in Chinese starting next week. The instructors are ethnic Chinese who have lived and worked in the States for 30 years, both with PHD's in Business Management and extensive experience in the TQM field (one is an ISO auditor).
Given the extensive amount of publicity of late regarding the safety and quality of manufactured goods, this seems like a good opportunity for those of you in manufacturing to extend the capabilities of your staff.
