Put alot of time and interviewing on this: so many issues that seem to come up 'to little to late'. #1 Make sure she goes to the health dep. and gets a health check and you have a chinese interprete it. #2. Make sure she is who her residency card says she is. Sometimes they can alter info and use someone elses I.D. Card. 3# Make sure the agency suggesting her to you doesnt try this : " She is a new Ayi, but she seems to be very aware and eager to learn. Make them get someone with Experience you are needing, or get another agency to provide you someone who can.
