Just started to look around for a residence in SIP (or SND) starting in May 2008. I'm interested in anyone's thoughts / experiences on "Serviced Apartments" just as:
SIP - Chateau Regency ... may be more out there
SND - Leaders's Palace, Regalia Serviced Residencies, Dragonfly Serviced Apartments ... may be more out there

I looked at HoJos (Howard Johnson's) URL and the level of service for an Expat appears more than adequate. However, I feel the monthly rate for a 1 bedroom 101 sqm apartment is too much 14,500 RMB per month. Thoughts?
