As the first integrated life style resort, Csland Resort & Spa Suzhou has been officially in operation since Oct, 2007. On 17 May 2008, a wonderful journey of charitable event is going to be held by Csland Resort & Spa Suzhou and Shining Playground Organization for fundraising to children suffering and surviving in poverty across China.
“Shining Playground” charitable activity was started from 2007 due to a discoverable trip of a journalist, who saw children were suffering in isolated mountains and villages; they didn’t know anything about Olympic Games that would be held on our motherland once he asked them what the image of Olympic in their mind. A plan was therefore bourgeoned in his mind that was to affect and evoke whole country to pay attention to those who might never ever choose life on their own just because of isolation and poverty.
He and his fellows displayed the life and situation of the children to public via internet afterwards. Fortunately and inspiringly, more and more people noticed it and gave their supports and love to the children under such an isolated and poverty.
