Suzhou Ruifu Holiday Hotel is a three-star standard, hotel-type apartment complex. It is located on the north side of the People's Bridge. The surrounding transportation is incredibly convenient and accessible.

Located in the business centre at the old city's south gate, to its east is the new Singaporean industrial area, to its south is the famous Peking-Hangzhou Canal, to its west is the high-tech development zone, and to its north is the busy downtown area.
